this so in order to add the perfect post or update we need to follow some guidance we need to follow some techniques so I will show you how you can you know post on Google my business properly or best way so just go to the ad Updates this option this option will be visible here or if you don’t find here then you will see the down arrow at your right side just click on this down arrow and you can see the option okay just click on add updates under the adapters you can add the offer you can add the events and you can also add the post just click on post so here you need to add description we need to select the button which action you need to if you want to want to learn more buy buy or order online then or book you need to you need to enter your linked which is you know available for booking or buy just enter your link here I just type for example okay so now but uh this is a very little things which you want to fill up but while this feeling you need to take care some things which can help your business okay so it’s help you to rank your business so when while you putting information in a post uh take care of something which is uh I’m going to tell you first about description you can write decision up to 1500 words so you can write you can write the description in paragraph you can use it more than more than three paragraphs in description it depends on your uh you know category your updates so you can also use minimum two paragraphs in description and the important thing is you need to use keywords okay keywords like if you are running the furniture store then your main primary categories or primary keyword is your furniture dealer or Furniture Store okay but there is a services like there is a sub categories like you can you are also selling like side table dinner table or you know computer table or any type of table your you know selling so that is your sub categories or services so pick up any services like you are trying to you know update a dinner table uh uh post then use the dinner table keywords here and write the proper description you can use minimum two paragraphs and use only one categories of services here in description so it will be help you in book you need to add your proper action button here and use the verified or you know proper link okay which is you know HTT like SSL certificate uh website which is if I open here Google and I just copied the link you can see this is the SSL certificate for the website okay sometime website don’t have SSL certificate which is don’t have as they only have HTTP so that’s mean this URL don’t have SSL certificate so it is uh spammy URL for Google so use your website use SSL certificate for your website okay or link and put here that proper link here don’t put without SSS certified link okay so it will be negative effect to your website so use the http okay so use your valid link which is include SSL certificate okay now we are going to about photos add your own photos don’t pick up photos from internet it will be you know derank your post and it will be a bad effect of your business services listening okay use your own photos you can click your product photos and upload here and you can also search the base format uh photos for post Google business okay so there is a you know Google suggest you some format like you can you know upload photos in jpg or PNG site size between 10 KB to 5 MB I suggest you use maximum up to 5 MB to better quality recommend the pixels resolution which is 720 pixel tall 720 pixel white okay so use proper photos here it is also helpful to rank your business on Google Google my profile okay so when you download or save you know business sorry your photos in your device just rename it sometime people’s you know ah upload the photos as it is rename it first rename with your primary keywords in description if you are using the dinner table about dinner table uh in description then use the dental table keywords in your photo as a photo names and then you can upload it and post it okay so also you can preview after you post your post go to the Google for review and after review it will be visible to your Google my profile
